Sunset Engagement Session - Heather and Justin

As I posted earlier this week, I love where my work as a photographer takes me in New York. I really enjoy getting so many different perspectives of the city, but even more than that, I love creating images with my clients and capturing them in their neighborhood.

Heather and Justin live in Midtown, right next to the Empire State Building. We had a great time shooting around sunset in Madison Square Park, and out by the Flatiron Building, but then we went to their spectacular rooftop, took in the breathtaking views of the city and created some wonderful images.

As a photographer in NYC, I love all the different perspectives I can get of my city. On a recent engagement shoot in midtown, I was able to take in the breathtaking view from my clients' rooftop. Shooting just after sunset with my Fuji X100, I was able to take a few photos of the skyline as we wrapped up our shoot.

Timelapse: Williamsburg Sunset

I had a feeling that yesterday's sunset was going to be spectacular, so I made my way down to the waterfront. While I was making some long exposures with my Fuji X100, I set up my Canon 7D to make a timelapse of the sunset.

Here are a couple of photos as well:

I still have some great photography deals running this month. Until August 19th, you can book a Standard Headshot Session for only $99. You can find out more information on my website here.
